Lipid Analysis Literature - 2000

The following references were collected as part of our regular literature reviews for our own research purposes, and therefore reflect our personal research interests. However, most mainstream lipid analytical topics are covered. The exceptions are "sterols", "prostaglandins" and "carotenoids". We cannot claim to cover the subject exhaustively, but we do our best, looking for papers that exhibit novel analytical methodology especially.
